Ceramic Coatings Surprise AZ

A coatings predicted longevity is based upon the amount of active ingredients in the formulation, and also the thickness of the coating after a full cure. All of our coating options are either complete solid or inorganic (SIO2/TIO2) formulations providing thicker and more durable protection. 

Yes! A ceramic coating is far superior to waxes and sealants because it provides a measurable layer of protection with an extremely high melting temperature, compare that to a thin film of wax that disintegrates during warm seasons. When you really think about waxes, your essentially applying a tacky substance that naturally attracts dirt and dust. If you don't believe us grab a candle and roll it down the street,  you'll find it collects all types of contamination along the way! Ceramic Coatings on the other hand have a natural anti static ability keeping your car cleaner longer, and making it easy to clean.  

Think of your ceramic coatings durability rating like a car warranty, when your cars warranty comes to an end it doesn't mean your car stops working. The same goes for your coating,  if its being maintained properly it will still provide your vehicle great protection and results. But just like your car, as a coating ages it can show some ware, that's when a ceramic coating maintenance service is recommended. 

After a ceramic coating is applied to a vehicle its curing time starts, during this time the coating is chemically bonding to the substrate and is hardening for maximum gloss and protection.

Dr. Beaslesy's LS-10 (1+ Year): 

- 1 hour natural initial cure left undisturbed 

- 1 Day full cure avoid water 

Dr. Beasley's Nano Resin (5+ Year) & Nano Resin MX (7+ Year) 

- 1 hour IR Initial cure 

- 7 day full cure avoid water

Dr. Beaslesy's Nano Resin Pro (25+ year) 

- 1 hour IR Initial cure 

- 7 day partial cure avoid water 

- 30 day full cure 

You are more then welcome to drive your vehicle after the initial curing stage but water must be avoided during the partial and full curing stages. 

Yes! Both our coating lines have been developed and tested for clear coat and paint protection films. We actually recommend applying a ceramic coating to your PPF because it enhances gloss, adds an anti static ability, and extends the life of your paint protection film.

Scratches? Depends on the coating and also your definition of a scratch. Thicker coatings like BC-04 and Nano Resin Pro can help reduce and self heal light swirl marks and very light scratches. But if you are looking for complete scratch protection check out our paint protection film options here
